Last week I stopped by IKEA with my dear friend Alina, she had to pick up some boxes and some other things. And I completely fell in love with this pink, fluffy blanket! I'm not usually drawn to the color pink, but this time I just couldn't resist it. I love curling up in big fluffy blankets at night.

The coffee table
I have seen this picture of this table so many times on so many blogs. And now, I have finally found who the designer is! His name is Piero Lissoni and the table he designed for CASSINA(click, click) is called 269 MEX.
You must agree with me that this is the best looking coffee table you've ever seen. The table allows for decorating both on the top of the table and below. So you can show of your coffee table books and and the same time give your living room a really chic look.
This really is the perfect coffee table.

A pop of NEON!
After a gray and cold winter, it's time to liven up the atmosphere a bit. And what color is more livley and cheerful than neon yellow? Neons can tend to scare some, but I think it's one of the happiest and most exciting colors of the earth!
And remember, it's all about finding the right amount and not to over do it! Because in the right amount, neon can be really chic. Don't you agree?

My collection (so far) of coffee table books
I keep all of my inspirational books on my night stand, beside my bed. It's a combination of fashion, photography and cupcakes. Just the way I like it, haha!
I actually have one more book, but it's too big for my bedside table. It's Kate Moss by Mario Testino. Love his books! So inspirational.

Rain + hot cocoa = true
Oh my God! I can not remember the last time I had hot cocoa. But we happened to have some whipped cream left in the fridge that inspired me to do this, so I just whipped up milk, cacao powder and some sugar in a pot- and voilá! I served my younger brother with a cup and he certainly appreciated it, I'll tell you that.
And it's raining outside, so what could be cozier than snuggling up with a hot cup of cocoa?
